  • Financial Management: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records using Google Sheets and industry-standard accounting software, ensuring all transactions are meticulously recorded and readily accessible for analysis.

  • Revenue & Expense Monitoring: Manage the tracking of revenues and expenses, ensuring that all financial activity is accurately documented and discrepancies are promptly addressed to maintain financial integrity.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed and insightful financial reports that highlight key trends and performance metrics. Deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by the leadership team.

  • Invoicing & Payment Management: Handle the full invoicing cycle, from preparation to follow-up on outstanding payments. Ensure seamless financial transactions with clients by managing invoicing schedules and addressing any payment issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a solid understanding of accounting software and tools.

  • High initiative and experience working independently.

  • A hawk-eye for detail—nothing gets past you!

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate clear, actionable reports.

  • Excellent communication skills—you’ll need to follow up effectively and explain financial insights clearly.

  • Passionate about financial health and contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge agency.

  • CPA is preferred but not required.
