Leading design on major client projects
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and client needs, based on the communities they serve.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members. Bring high degrees of thoughtfulness - we love that.
Balance time and prioritization to generate the highest quality output.
Work closely with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard.
Level up our design team's skills and culture
Work strategically with other team members on special projects
5+ years of product design expertise
Can be global, but preferred locations are the Americas, Europe, and Africa
Agency experience a plus
Able to operate at a high strategic level or a detailed ground level, depending on the task at hand
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other design and prototyping tools a bonus.
